What some of our Not Just Acting "graduates"
are saying...
- Brian, age 7, of Manalapan said enthusiastically,
“I loved spending time with the other kids and really
learned how to act! I found out I’m a great actor!”
- Lauren, age 12, of Marlboro added, “The
teachers were so nice! It was a great way to make new friends
and have fun learning how to put on plays! It inspired me to
think about becoming an actress!”
- Kenneth, age 13, of Marlboro stated, “I
really enjoyed getting together with the other kids and express
how I feel through acting. I learned that in five minutes you
can become a whole different person!”
- Tim of Freehold went on to win numerous
lead roles in Center Players’ productions and other prominent
community theater groups. “The classes helped me realize
that I had more confidence than I thought performing in front
of others. I enjoyed the opportunity to ‘become someone
else’ and remember the pleasures of play-acting from my
childhood.”
- Dot of Freehold, a retired corporate business
woman shared her perspective of what the classes meant to her.
“I really enjoyed the professionalism of the leaders and
the confidence and self-worth they instilled in their students.
Throughout my twenty years in the business world, I heard a
lot of talk about team building but this was my first real experience
with it really working!”
